Taylor Byrne was one of the largest wholly Australian owned valuation companies, with 28 branch offices throughout New South Wales and Queensland. They provided independent property advice to the government, agribusiness, commercial and residential sectors.

With 28 offices working semi-independently from the head office in Brisbane, the Taylor Byrne brand was becoming diluted with different designs, processes and messages. 


Neopitch partnered with Taylor Byrne to create a consistent brand identity and messaging, including a range of marketing elements that could be used across the whole company. For example, we developed a new website that helped streamline in-house processes (such as online valuation enquiries), and also created a hub where employees could easily access promotional materials for each sector.

The result was an overall increase in brand awareness and consistent brand messaging.
